Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besaran dan arah hubungan antara: (1) kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu, (2) supervisi pembelajaran dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu, (3) iklim organisasi dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu, (4) kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi pembelajaran, dan iklim organisasi dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu.

Populasi adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu Kabupaten Buleleng yang berjumlah 340 orang. Berdasarkan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan, diambil sampel sebanyak 181 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proporsional random. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi pembelajaran , iklim organisasi dan kinerja guru menggunakan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan regresi ganda dan analisis determinasi.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu dengan kontribusi sebesar 28%, (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi pembelajaran dengan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu dengan kontribusi sebesar 24%, (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu dengan kontribusi sebesar 53%, (4) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi pembelajaran, iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru pada Sekolah SD Negeri di Kecamatan Busungbiu dengan kontribusi sebesar 54%.

This study aimed at finding out and analyzing the extent and direction of the correlation  between: ( 1) school principal’s managerial ability with teacher’s performance at public primary schools in Busungbiu district; ( 2) teaching supervision with teacher’s performance at public primary schools in Busungbiu district; ( 3) organizational climate with teacher’s performance at public primary schools in Busungbiu district; ( 4) school principal’s managerial ability, teaching supervision, and organizational climate with teacher’s performance at public primary schools in Busungbiu district.

The population of this study consisted of all of 340 teachers of public primary schools in Busungbiu district. The sample size was 181 teachers base on Krejcie and Morgan table. The sample was selected by random proportional. This study used ex-post facto design. The data were collected by Likert’s scale type questionnaires of school principal’s managerial ability, teaching supervision, organizational climate and teacher’s performance. The data were analyzed by multiple regression and analysis of determination.

The result showed that : ( 1) there was a positive and significant correlation between school principal’s managerial ability and teacher’s performance at public primary schools in Busungbiu district with the contribution of 28%, ( 2) there was a positive and significant correlation between teaching supervision and teacher’s performance at public primary schools in Busungbiu district with the contribution of 24%, ( 3) there was a positive and significant correlation between organizational climate and teacher’s performance at public primary schools in Busungbiu district with the contribution of 53%, ( 4) there was a positive and significant correlation between school principal’s managerial ability, teaching supervision, organizational climate simultaneously and teacher’s performance at public primary schools in Busungbiu district with the contribution of 54%.
