ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN SISTEM GANDA (PSG) PADA SMK NEGERI 2 SERIRIT

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program pendidikan sistem ganda (PSG) SMK Negeri 2 Seririt, pada komponen: Konteks, Input, Proses, dan Produk. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan Ex Post Facto dan penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif bersifat deskriptif kuatitatif menggunakan model CIPP dari Stufflebeam.Penelitian ini dilakukan  pada sekolah SMK Negeri 2 Seririt pada tahun ajaran 2010/2011, melibatkan 35 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dikuatkan dengan data hasil  wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Kuesioner, digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data Konteks, Input, Proses dan Produk.

Pengolahan data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan cara melakukan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, serta melakukan analisis data untuk memperoleh makna mendalam dibalik angka-angka secara kuantitatif. Analisis data untuk komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus T-Skor dan dimasukkan ke kuadran Glickman.

Hasil analisis data masing-masing variabel  yang diteliti : (1) variabel konteks  sangat efektif  rata-rata skor-T 65,71 (2) Variabel input  efektif rata-rata skor-T 54,29, (3) variabel proses sangat efektif dengan rata-rata skor-T 65,71, dan (4) varibel produk sangat efektif dengan rata-rat skor-T  62,86.Setelah di interpretasikan dalam kuadran Glickman, efektifitas pelaksanaan pendidikan sistem ganda pada SMK N 2 Seriritt Sangat efektif.

AN ALALISYS 0F DOUBLE SYSTEM EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AT SMK NEGERI 2 SERIRIT

ABSTRACT

The study was conducted in order to analyze and describe the implementation of double system educational program at SMK Negeri 2 Seririt on the following components:  context, input, process, and product.      The study utilized an ex-post facto design based on evaluative descriptive qualitative approach, and using CIPP model from Stufflebeam. It was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Seririt in 2010-2011, involving 35 respondents which were determined based on total sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire, supported by interview, observation, documentation. The questionnaire was used to obtain all about context, input, process and product.

An analysis was made descriptive qualitatively by using both quantitative figures. Component of context, input, process, and product were analyzed by using T-score, then entered into Glickman quadrant.

The result indicated that: (1) variable of context was very effective whit average T-score of 65,71, (2) variable input was effective average T-score 54.29, (3) variable of process was very effective with average T-score 65.71, and (4) variable of product was very effective whit T-score 62.86.After interpreted based on Glickman quadrant, the implementation of double system of educational program at SMK Negeri 2 Seririt was found very effective.
