Undiksha Master Programme in Management Science has campuses in Singaraja and Denpasar to support the learning process.

Contemporary Management Issues courses describe the approach and development of management science are changing very quickly due to advances in information technology that became the backbone of companies to achieve competitive advantage. This course provides an integrative and holistic understanding of business and service management practices across fields.

Business Ethics

The Business Ethics course is designed to provide students with insight into corporate ethics policy and other business ethics. Students will learn to review appropriate business policies and practices on potentially controversial matters, including corporate governance, people trafficking, bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility, and fiduciary responsibility.

Business Leadership

The Business Leadership course discusses strategies in winning over the increasingly competitive business competition. Students are invited to discuss cases in the field to anticipate competition in the future. This approach is chosen to ensure students are ready to become leaders at every level of Management.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses are designed to shape and enhance student innovation and entrepreneurial spirit in answering opportunities and challenges through a dynamic learning process. The lecture format emphasizes practical examples of innovation and entrepreneurship by inviting practitioners and entrepreneurs.

Business Research Methods

The Business Research Methods course is designed to provide the understanding and skills to conduct business research. Several business research methods can help a business increase company's sales, promotions, and performance. Business research is essentially learned to be the basic skill of aspiring managers and entrepreneurs. The business research results can be used to make strategic decisions in the organization.

Talent Management

Talent Management courses deepen students managerial abilities through improving insights and skills related to human resources management processes related to three things, namely (1) developing and strengthening new employees in the organization, (2) maintaining and developing existing employees, and (3) attracting employees who have competence, commitment, and character to work by implementing the function of talent strategy and planning, sourcing and recruiting, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, leadership development, and competition.

Global Marketing

The Global Marketing course is designed to enhance students' understanding and analytical skills about activities in global marketing. Included in the learning topics are critical issues in entering international markets, strategic approaches in global marketing and business, and analysis of international marketing cases.

Financial Behaviour

Behavioral Management courses describe the application of psychology, sociology, and behavior in finance. This course is designed to explain to students that one is not always rational, so behavioral tendencies and psychological phenomena influence their financial decisions.

Public Service Management

The Public Service Management course describes the application of service management in the public sector by implementing the functions of system design planning and service strategy, implementation (organizing), and evaluation and control of public services.

Hospitality  and Tourism Business

This course deepens students' managerial abilities in the field of Hospitality and Tourism Business. These courses include hotel and resort management, food and beverage management, MICE, and human resources issues in the hotel and tourism business

Strategic Marketing Management

The Strategic Marketing Management course is designed to prepare students to dare think non-linearly and direct a market-oriented thinking. The market is the determinant of business success, so predicting market trends is necessary to win the business competition.

Risk Management

The Risk Management course is designed to build the integrity and depth of students' understanding of risk management practiced in various business enterprises and services through the operation of information technology-based risk management instruments.

Strategic Workforce Development

Strategic Workforce Development Examines development in the empowerment and use of human resources strategically through internal and external environmental (SWOT) review, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation and control.

Sustainable Tourism Management

Tourism is one of the core incomes of Bali island. Management Master Programme students need to understand the tourism business in more depth and manage it to be more sustainable. Sustainable of the course provides knowledge and skills to manage the tourism business. In the learning process, students will learn from best practices worldwide.

Business Communication  and  Corporate Diplomacy

This Business Communication and Corporate Diplomacy course is offered to shape and enhance students' ability to interact, communicate, and explore in a business context. In the learning process, students understand the principles of communication, case examples, and the resolution of mutually profitable business problems through the power of diplomacy.

Change Management

Change Management courses are offered as an initial preparation to deal with changes. Change demands readiness as well as speed in adapting. Adapting to change is an inevitability so that business people stutter and do not fail to understand.

Thesis

Thesis Courses offer the foundation for building the skills of carrying out management field research. In writing the Thesis, students will be assisted by a guidance lecturer in their field, and the writing will adopt the rules of scientific writing. The target of thesis writing is an international standard scientific article with a minimum target of Scopus Q3.

Based on BAN-PT Decree No. 1906/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/M/III/2022, it was determined that the accreditation rating of the Management Science Study Program at the Masters Program of the Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, Buleleng Regency was "Very Good".

The study program accreditation rating is valid from March 21, 2022 to March 21, 2027.

Each semester students pay a single tuition fee or Biaya Kuliah Tunggal(BKT) of IDR 7,500,000.

The matriculation fee is IDR 500,000 per credit.

Master of Management Science accepts students every year starting from June to August. The selection system is taken through the selection of prospective student document portfolios.

Academic Requirements: GPA min 3.00
Minimum TOEFL requirement 500 or IELTS with overall band 5.00
