1. A hardcopy of the thesis or dissertation bound with a turquoise green cover in accordance with the guidelines listed on the page http://pasca.undiksha.ac.id/akademik/pedoman-penulisan-karya-ilmiah/, with a total of three former (1 undiksha library, 1 post-Singaraja library, and 1 post-Singaraja academic)
2. A thesis or dissertation CD with a cover and a clear box-shaped CD holder, a total of two CDs (1 post-Singaraja library and 1 post-Singaraja academic)
3. Blue background photo size 4×6 (5 sheets), 3×4 (2 sheets), and 2×3 (2 sheets); the photo’s white border is cropped
4. Postgraduate Library Free Evidence (For Denpasar Classes, attach two evidences, namely Denpasar and Singaraja Postgraduate Libraries)
5. Graduates’ Biodata
6. Most recent diploma or SK
7. Journal Publication Certificate
8. Values Quotation List (KDN)
9. Evidence of Filling in the Tracer Study on the tracer-study.undiksha.ac.id page
10. Plagiarism Proof Check the si.undiksha.ac.id or siakng system (via screenshots)
11. Turnitin Proof of Plagiarism Check with a Maximum Percentage of 25%
12. Thesis Examination (master degree) / Open Examination (Doctoral Degree) Minutes
13. Undiksha Alumni Family Association letter
14. Koorprodi certificate only for Master programme
15. Screenshot Proof on the repo.undiksha.ac.id page with “Live Archive” status
16. Take a screenshot of the website page when you’re done registering on the si.undiksha.ac.id or siakng system
17. Guidance Evidence (Guidance Book for Thesis or Dissertation)
18. For students whose articles have not been published yet, they are required to attach a statement in accordance with the format contained in the notes.
19. For students of the Science Education Study programme, they are required to attach a certificate in accordance with the format contained in the notes
