Singaraja – The Management Science Study Program (S2), part of the Postgraduate Program at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), successfully held a workshop titled “The Dynamics of Digital Transformation in Contemporary Management Science Development and Scientific Writing Publication.” The event, conducted in a hybrid on Saturday, October 26, 2024 received a warm welcome from its participants, comprising lecturers and students.
The workshop was officially opened by the Vice Director II of the Post graduate Program, Prof. Dr. Ketut Suma, M.S., who emphasized the importance of adapting to digital transformation in the modern era, particularly within the realm management.
The event featured two distinguished speakers. Prof. Badri Munir Sukoco, S.E., MBA., Ph.D., Director of Postgraduate Programs at Airlangga University and an expert in strategic management. He delivered an insightful presentation on the application of management strategies in the digital era. In addition, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Widiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., Dean of the Faculty of Education Science (FIP) at Undiksha, who shared effective strategies to improve the quality and impact of scientific publications.
Participants displayed great enthusiasm throughout the workshop, actively engaging with the keynote speakers by exploring the challenges and opportunities presented by the rapid advancement of digital technology.
This workshop not only expanded the participants’ knowledge but also served as a platform to foster innovation in management science and strengthen academic capacities through high quality publication. By integrating digital transformation into academic and professional practices, the event aimed to inspire the development of contemporary management solutions and promote excellence in research and publication.
