1. Hardcopy of the Thesis / Dissertation bound with a turquoise cover by the guidelines stated on the pagehttps://pasca.undiksha.ac.id/Akademik/pedoman-penulisan-karya-ilmiah/, a total of 3 exes (1 Undiksha library, 1 post-Singaraja library and 1 post-Singaraja academic)
2. Thesis / Dissertation CD, accompanied by a cover and using a clear box-shaped CD holder, 2 CDs (1 post-Singaraja library and 1 post-Singaraja academic)
3. Photos with blue background in size 4×6 (5 sheets) and 2×3 (2 sheets attached to the IKA letter); The white edges of the photo are cropped
   – Men: wear a dark suit and tie
   – Women: wear kebaya and sling from right to left
4. Proof of Free Postgraduate Library (For Denpasar Classes, Attach 2 Evidence, namely Denpasar and Singaraja Postgraduate Libraries)
5. Graduate Biodata (Download student biodata on.undiksha.ac.id or afternoon respectively). Make sure your name and place of birth match your last diploma or SK. Example :
   Andika Putra (correct); ANDIKA PUTRA (wrong)
   Singaraja (correct); SINGARAJA (wrong)
6. Photocopy of last diploma or SK
7. Journal Publication Certificate
   – For Masters: Certificate of Article Publication in an Accredited National/International Journal, where the article is affiliated with Undiksha as the first author and collaborates with the supervisor
   – For S3: Certificate of Article Publication in a Reputable International Journal, where the article is affiliated with Undiksha as the first author and collaborates with the Promoter/co-promoter
8. Value Register Collection (KDN) (Download onsi.undiksha.ac.id or afternoon respectively)
9. Evidence of Filling the Study Tracer on the Sitetracer-study.undiksha.ac.id
10. Proof of Plagiarism Check from the Systemsi.undiksha.ac.id or siakng (in the form of screenshots)
11. Proof of Plagiarism Check from Turnitin with a Maximum Percentage of 25% (Download plagiarism check results that have been approved by Supervisor 1/Promoter from the systems.undiksha.ac.id or afternoon each, print only 1 page containing the total similarity percentage)
12. Thesis Test Event News (S2) / Open Test (S3)
13. IKA Letter (Undiksha Alumni Family Association)
14. Certificate from Coordinating Study Program only for Masters Program (S2)
15. Screenshot Evidence On Siterepo.undiksha.ac.id Which already has “Live Archive” status
16. Proof of screenshot of the website page when you have completed the registration process from the systems.undiksha.ac.id or siakng
17. Evidence of Guidance (Thesis/Dissertation Guidance Book)
18. Students with articles not yet published, are required to attach a statement following the format found on the note.
19. For studentsScience Education Study Program, is required to attach a certificate following the format found on the note.

Notes :

• All files are put in a free colored paper folder with identification on the front page (Name, NIM, Study Program, Mobile Number, Judicial Date) collected at the Singaraja Postgraduate campus from 9 – 27 October 2023 at 08.00 – 15.30 WITA.
• Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2023 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Ganesha University of Education, the namePostgraduatetransformed into the graduate program Ganesha University of Education. So everything that is written Postgraduate changed into a Graduate program.
