Undiksha Chancellor, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., was a resource person at the Work Meeting on Program Preparation and Budget Allocation for 2023 Postgraduate Undiksha at Aneka Lovina Hotel, Friday (4/2/2022). On this occasion delivered in 2023, Undiksha’s program is to strengthen the International Reputable University in Education and Leadership. To achieve this, togetherness is needed in a harmonious synergy frame.
Strategic efforts must be made to realize IRUEL, so for 2023, there are three (3) pillars of strategic policies that must be carried out together from the rectorate level to the lowest management, namely the department with the lecturers in it, namely: (1) good governance; (2) good budgeting; and (3) good achievement. Based on these three policy pillars, all programs and budget allocations in each faculty, institution, postgraduate, unit, and other strategic supporting elements must be derivatives and real translations of the three.
On this occasion, they also conveyed the acceleration related to PTN BH. The Chancellor invited faculties and postgraduates to carry out 10 priority budgeting policies in 2023. The 10 policies are:
1) Acceleration and strengthening of IRUEL 2) Rationalization of student body and income generating 3) Strengthening the knowledge-innovation-based economy 4) Increased Cooperation with PT ranked 100 QS/THES. 5) Increasing collaborative research, patents, and international publications. 6) Improving student interpreneurship, business incubator, or startup based on science and technology works. 7) Development of future skills platform together with the community/DuDi. 8) Strengthening MBKM and graduate competencies 9) Improved qualifications and professional certification of HR lecturers and laboratory personnel. 10) Increasing the acquisition of superior accreditation and international accreditation.
To realize these 10 (ten) policies, the budget is directed at strengthening: (1) learning facilities and infrastructure; (2) qualification and professionalization of human resources; (3) clustering; (4) acceleration of IRUEL; and (5) acceleration of PTN BH.
