Introduction
Postgraduates at twelve state universities which are part of the National IKIP (LPTK NI) have historical similarities and very strong psychological relationships and have existed for a long time. This similarity should be maintained and its role should be enhanced so that together and in synergy, they solve educational problems and develop and advance master’s and doctoral programme education.
Along with the various policies of the Ministry of Education and Culture, particularly with regard to the policy of “Independence of Learning – Independent Campus (MBKM)”, there needs to be a common perception, and be addressed wisely, to what extent and how the MBKM model can be implemented in postgraduates.
Therefore, postgraduate leaders consider it necessary and very important to hold a meeting to share perceptions of the MBKM concept and look for MBKM implementation models in postgraduate LPTK NI in order to realise quality and competitive postgraduates at regional and international levels.
