To all Undiksha Postgraduate students, it is announced as follows.
- The student registration period starts from February 18 to March 1, 2021.
- Payment of Single Tuition Fee for the even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year is carried out from February 18 to March 1, 2021.
- Payments can be made through the nearest branch office BRI Bank teller, ATM, mobile banking, or internet banking using the BRIVA code (BRIVA code format: 723762 + Student ID Number).
- Students who are late in paying the Single Tuition Fee will be served from March 4 to 5, 2021, at the Bank BRI Singaraja branch with a fine according to the Single Tuition Fee fine rate.
- Students who were not active in the previous semester must pay a Single Tuition Fee and a fine according to the Single Tuition Fee Fines Rate for each study programme.
- Students who do not pay the Single Tuition Fee until March 5, 2021, are declared inactive.
- Students can represent paying Single Tuition Fee, but those who represent must bring the Student ID Card.
- Students are requested to pay the Single Tuition Fee not at the end of the payment period to avoid overcrowding.
- Students who have made Single Tuition Fee payments will then carry out the preparation of KRS (Card of Study Plan) online at SIAK Undiksha via the https://siakng.undiksha.ac.id page (for students of the 2019 – 2020 batch) and must consult with the Academic Supervisor starting on March 1-5, 2021.
- Students must deposit a copy of the Single Tuition Fee slip (proof of payment) to the Singaraja or Denpasar Postgraduate Academic section from February 18 to March 5, 2021. You can deposit a copy of the Single Tuition Fee slip through the following officer :
