One of the corporating activity organized by Management Science Study Program was inviting academics from overseas to conduct a guest lecture. During semester 2020-2021, Dr. Songee Hahn from Griffith University was invited to deliver one of the topics within the Contemporary Management Issues course. This activity was held on on December 8, 2020.
Dr. Hahn presented a chapter, which was Service Performance Measurement, for around 45 minutes. It was conducted online, using zoom platform. Dr. Hahn explained about why it is important to measure serice performance, service quality and its dimensions. After the presentation, students were invited to participate in a discussion. They were also encouraged to ask questionss or shared experiences about service. Students were happy and satisfied with her lecture. Absolutely, this is very helpful for students to gain wider insights and knowledge, related to Service Performance Measurement, one of the contemporary issues in the Management field.
