And ten, the government facilitates the Postgraduate LPTK in building cooperation with foreign parties regarding the provision of scholarships for foreign students, joint research, double degree and twin programmes to obtain international recognition and fulfillment of international quality assurance criteria.
The recommendation will be immediately submitted to the Minister. PERPIMPAS LPTKNI hopes that the ten items considered important for the development of postgraduates can be accommodated.
As previously reported, the meeting was opened by the Director General of Higher Education and Research and Technology of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Prof. Ir. Nizam, M.Sc., DIC., Ph.D. On this occasion, he also gave directions on MBKM policies. Universities, including postgraduates, can give serious attention to jointly implementing it. The programme is one of the efforts made by the government in order to produce superior human resources (HR) and optimize student potential. Through the experience gained, it is hoped that students will be ready for the world of work. He explained that through this, students not only master knowledge or theory but can and are ready to apply their knowledge and skills in the real world, “he explained.
In line with this, he continued, universities, especially postgraduates, must ensure student education by developing their potential. “In the LPTK programme, teachers are the key to the nation’s education. So it must ensure that the teachers produced by the LPTK are truly the backbone of the birth of a superior generation whose potential is optimally developed, a generation that is full of confidence and competence that is competitive, innovative, and creative. As an indicator, it is very necessary to develop related to literacy, numeracy, and education itself, “he said. (hms)
