Singaraja – The Postgraduate Program at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) again held a doctoral promotion exam on February 15, 2023. The exam was attended by 2 people, namely promovendus Putu Dewi Puspitawati and promovendus Anak Agung Ngurah Adhi Jaya from the Education Science Doctoral Study Program.
In the offline exam, promoted Dewi Puspitawati presented a dissertation entitled “Contribution of Primal Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Climate, Work Ethic, and Library Landscape to Excellent Service” with a case study at the Buleleng Regency Regional Archives and Library Service Office. Based on the research results, it can have implications for efforts to foster primal leadership, increase work motivation, improve the work climate, improve work ethic, and improve the library landscape, to create excellent service. Promovenda provides one suggestion to the community in Singaraja City in particular and Buleleng in general, to continue to utilize the public service facilities provided by the Buleleng Library and Archives Service so that the existence of the Service has high benefits for the library customer community.
This Denpasar-born Promovenda successfully defended his dissertation before the board of examiners, thus making him the 60th doctorate born from the Undiksha Postgraduate Program.
Meanwhile, Promovendus Ngurah Adhi Jaya presented a dissertation entitled “The Influence of the Work Environment, Completeness of Infrastructure, Level of Welfare, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Lecturers in Polytechnic Vocational Higher Education in Bali”. Through this research, the novelty produced is a structural model for developing the quality of lecturer performance in Vocational Higher Education in Bali.
The success of Provendus, born in 1961, in defending his dissertation before the board of examiners, led him to become the 61st doctorate born from the Undiksha Postgraduate Program.
