The inaugural lecture is an activity to introduce Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) Postgraduate to new students. This activity is an institutional activity that is the responsibility of the university to socialize life at Undiksha Postgraduate and the learning process whose implementation involves elements of University leadership, Postgraduates, students, and other related elements. In addition, the First Lecture is also a means to adapt to each other so that they can manage their own lives.

The inaugural lecture for new Undiksha Postgraduate students for the 2019/2020 academic year was attended by 350 students in the Undiksha Postgraduate environment. The activity began with a public lecture on the procedures for writing scientific articles in journals by the Postgraduate Director. Then it is filled with the introduction of Postgraduate Leaders, Head & Secretary of Study Programmes, and Dissemination of Undiksha Postgraduate Education Guidelines by Vice Director I Postgraduate. The event continued with the socialization of the Non-Academic system by the Vice Director II of the Postgraduate and the socialization of the Academic system by the Postgraduate IT Team. Moreover, the last event was filled with lecture socialization by each study programme leader in each study programme in the Undiksha postgraduate environment.
